The doctor was very kind. I wanted both the corners of my mouth lifted and philtrum reduction, both inner and outer, but they recommended only the inner reduction, so I had an inner philtrum reduction. It's been 2 years and the scar seems unavoidable. There wasn't much swelling, the doctor worked quickly, and recovery was fast.
