I did get a consultation a few years ago. It became known through a certain YouTuber who had surgery there a few years back, so I also went in for a consultation. The facilities were decent, and the consultation was with the consultation manager and the doctor. Both of them were quite good at explaining things, and there was a same-day booking discount.
