I got under-eye filler because I was worried about dark circles under my eyes. They put in about 1 cc, and it has now completely gone away, but I think it lasted about a year. I was satisfied and would be willing to do it again. They also recommended aegyo-sal filler, but I didn't go ahead with it. They seemed to have a lot of confidence in the aegyo-sal filler side.
