I'm a case of protruding mouth surgery with 4 mm, and I already finished orthodontic treatment once 8 years ago. When I went for a consultation about protruding mouth surgery, they said it was a typical surgical case and recommended surgery. It's probably something they say to everyone, but the doctor explains things like a university lecture, and he's kind. But is there a reason the price is cheap? It's cheaper than other places, so it's easy to be tempted. Think carefully.
