The hospital building was in an older building, so it looked old, but it was clean. They said they only schedule one surgery a day. They kept emphasizing that they had had no accidents for 15 years, and they seemed to keep getting patients through word of mouth. They said they would do the facial contouring with long curved bone shaving, and that they would do it from inside near the sideburns without any scar. It was nice that there would be no scar.
