Director Shin Dong-min is kind during consultations. But when I talked with the manager, I felt really bad. On the first consultation, they suggested surgery for things I hadn't even been considering, and I said I'd think about it, but on the second consultation it was already as if I had agreed to that surgery too. When I mentioned the cost issue several times, seeing them sigh heavily was not pleasant. In the end I gave up on the surgery and didn't get a single won of my 500,000 won deposit back, but I feel like I made the right choice after seeing how they would have handled aftercare if I had gone through with it. I should have researched the clinic better...
