This was my first cosmetic procedure, done after a friend's recommendation, and I went straight in without shopping around at all, so I had no way to compare and that was disappointing. My skin is thin, so when I smile the silicone line on the bridge of my nose shows through clearly, which is uncomfortable, and I plan to get a revision someday.
