I went for a consultation about a lateral canthoplasty, and after looking at my eyes, they said I was not a candidate for lateral canthoplasty and just talked about Botox before I left. For an acquaintance, they recommended leaving things as they are because even if surgery were done, the improvement would not be as much as expected. It's a bit hard to judge, but they seem to tell you when something can't be done, and that seems honest.
