First of all, the staff are very kind. The interior was done long ago, but it feels like they’ve kept it clean and well maintained, which was comfortable and nice. The director was kind too and explained things well. But in my case, they said they couldn’t say for sure that surgery would definitely be better for me, and that it was up to me, so I left saying I’d think about it some more. So I didn’t even get to the cost consultation.
