I went for a consultation after reading reviews saying they were honest and didn't push this or that. The doctor strongly pursues a very natural inline; to put it badly, he forces it. I went thinking about an in-out line, but he kept saying natural is best and only talked about inline. I've been to many consultations, and this was the first time I heard that if you do an incision, you'll scar badly so you have to do the buried method, which surprised me a bit.
