It came out pretty close to the shape I originally wanted, but they didn't explain that if the tip of the nose is tied up and raised, the nostrils will show. So my nose turned out really natural and pretty, but the nostrils are very visible haha. So I'm looking into revision surgery, but people around me keep telling me not to get greedy because my nose already turned out so pretty.
