It's unusual that consultations are done by KakaoTalk instead of in person. The replies seem careful, but they are slow and sometimes get ignored, so even though I was drawn to their surgical method, I ended up thinking negatively about the surgery for fear that if there were even a small problem later with aftercare, they would reply this slowly. I'd like to see some reviews here.
