The clinic is so outdated that it doesn't even feel like a proper operating room. The nurses are rude, and the director is a complete eccentric. He has an extremely strong ego, but his skill is the opposite of that. He insists that everyone else is wrong and only his method is right. But in reality, he performs surgery using old-fashioned methods that aren't done these days, and badmouths other, more skilled doctors who use more advanced techniques.
