When I first asked only about the cheekbones, they even explained with Photoshop and honestly said that because my cheekbones are developed more to the side, the effect might not be great, so I trusted them. On top of that, I asked right away about the square jaw because mine has pretty thick bone and severe asymmetry, but I got left on read ㄹㅇ It feels like they only answer when they can do it themselves, and if they think they can't, I don't know if they just don't reply, but I really did get left on read like that.
