Since it was a revision surgery, I came in person for a CT scan and consultation. The doctor doesn't really feel like someone I can talk to, but among the reviews the word 'eccentric' seems fitting. I looked at the before-and-after photos and at least booked it for now, with my mind 80% leaning toward going ahead. I plan to read more reviews carefully before I go.
