I went with a consultation booked with this director. It was my first plastic surgery consultation, so I was extremely nervous and had lots of questions, but when I went in, they just marked one line on one eye, not even both eyes, and said this line would work for a buried suture, then seemed ready to leave. I was flustered and stopped them, asking more things like what about my right eye not closing fully, and whether eye correction would cause overcorrection, but they just said to trust them and left.
