I made a reservation on the day and went, so I had to wait, but it was okay. While waiting, I sat and looked around, and there were a lot of people, and maybe because the staff could not communicate well with each other, it felt chaotic. It felt like they were just trying to do things quickly and roughly...? When I went into the examination room and talked with the director, it seemed unfriendly but also delicate...? They placed the dimple location well and I was like, oh... this is okay...? I decided to have the surgery that same day. While I was waiting, I saw a nursing assistant? preparing for surgery, and I was shocked because she was handling the thread needle while wearing gloves that were not sterile gloves.. At the end I asked about the thread, but they did not really know and answered incorrectly... Everyone except the director seemed to lack professionalism....
