While I was waiting, I saw a nursing assistant? preparing for surgery, and I was shocked because she was handling the thread needle while wearing gloves that were not sterile gloves.. At the end I asked about the thread, but they did not really know and answered incorrectly... Everyone except the director seemed to lack professionalism....
