A few months ago I went for a consultation about my mom's lower eyelid fat repositioning, and they explained everything kindly. The cost kept getting added on top of the original estimate, and since I was also going to other clinics for consultations, I still haven't decided. It feels more expensive than I expected, so I'm thinking it over. The clinic wasn't very crowded when I went, and first of all, it's nice that it's close to Gangnam Station.
