The director was kind and explained things in detail, and answered my questions well. There was no overtreatment, and they only talked about the necessary parts. The consultation itself ended quickly. The consultation manager was kind too and took good care of me. However, they were quite a bit late compared to the appointment time, so I deduct one point for kindness.
