I had the consultation in the order of consultation manager > director > manager, and it was kind and good because they explained the things I was curious about on their own. The director seemed confident about the surgery, and there was no pressure to use any specific implant. Still, it felt like they were too eager to get me to reserve on the same day, which was a bit disappointing.
