This was my first consultation hospital for breast surgery. It was on the second floor of the building, and it wasn’t a very large hospital. What I learned after visiting other places was that I never once ran into other patients, which was mentally very comfortable. The consultation manager was kind and showed me many before-and-after photos, which I liked. The director, as I had heard, had a motherly kind and gentle feeling. She spoke very calmly and empathetically, and I could feel that she was trying to match the consultation to the patient’s needs as much as possible. She said a much larger size was possible compared to other hospitals, and there was no pressure to reserve. However, the discount was much bigger if I left a deposit that day, so I went ahead and placed one. (If I end up not having surgery, it is 100% refundable.)
