I liked that they were honest about the surgery results first of all. It's true that hearing things like "it'll be dramatic" and "everything will turn out well" is exciting and makes you feel good, but if the results are different after surgery and even complications happen, they can just leave you hanging. Instead of that, they talked about the surgery result in realistic numbers so I could rethink the surgery, which was helpful. I also liked that they said liposuction or fat grafting are naturally included procedures in a facelift. The consultation manager was also cool and kind. I'm planning to research more on my own and then have surgery later, but I've put them on my list
