The front desk staff had such a dry attitude that my first impression was not good, but the consultation manager was extremely kind. In the consultation with the doctor, he recommended lower blepharoplasty as expected. I would have liked under-eye fat repositioning, but since there was some skin sagging, he said I needed lower blepharoplasty. For upper blepharoplasty, he recommended making a thin double eyelid line, eyelid correction, and eyebrow lift. For lower blepharoplasty, he said they would do fat repositioning, then reinforce the septum, and correct the outer canthus. He didn't mention orbicularis oculi lifting, and when I asked, he just gave a vague answer, which didn't inspire trust. He kept emphasizing outer canthal fixation. It wasn't a very careful consultation, so I was a bit disappointed.
