As soon as I sat down, the director started saying things like, "There’s a problem with your eyes," and made me answer that problem myself. They took photos of my face for the consultation, and even though I had already said I was only going to get double eyelid surgery, they still recommended nose and forehead surgery too. That really lowered my trust. I was the patient, but also the customer, and I wish they had spoken to me a little more kindly. It was really disappointing.
