I wanted a natural-looking nose, but it ended up extremely high. I think I vaguely said, while lying on the operating table, that a slightly bigger nose would be okay. When I woke up, my nose had been inserted with a 4 mm implant lol. I’ve lived thinking there was no inflammation and that it was moderately pretty, but I hate having a big, high nose, so I’m going to have revision surgery.
