The director was gentle, but somehow when I went for the consultation I didn't get the feeling of, 'Wow, they're giving me such a detailed explanation and being so sincere.' The manager was kind. I may not have been able to ask very detailed questions, but the consultation time was too short. Still, they did explain things clearly.
