The doctor explained things very kindly, which made me trust them, and overall the facility looked clean and well maintained. They gave very detailed guidance during treatment and consultation too, so I was able to receive care comfortably. However, the staff handling the guidance still seemed a little inexperienced with their work. Their responses were awkward and some of the explanations weren’t smooth, but overall they were keeping up with the process well and it wasn’t to a seriously inconvenient degree.
