Even one star is a waste. If you don't want to do consultations, then don't book consultations. I had heard about it and still went, but it was even stranger than the clinic I had used before. They didn't even try to listen to what I was saying, just said it couldn't be improved. Before I had even left, they were looking at the computer, fiddling with the keyboard, and then gave me a smirk… It's a huge relief they don't charge a consultation fee. They say they become kind only after taking money, and on the surgery day they're supposedly extremely nice, but if the surgery goes badly and you're unhappy, then they get irritated and talk rudely… One thing tells you everything.
