I really do understand people who criticize this hospital and Director Shim Sang-baek. The director is completely different on the day of surgery and during the consultation. I think it's because during consultations he speaks very directly and plainly, saying no when something can't be done, so he comes across as unadorned and honest. But during surgery he's the most meticulous and kind person in the world, truly ㅠ I'm only not even two weeks out from surgery now and I'm so satisfied and living well. My right eye was my 4th revision and my left eye was my 3rd revision, and it feels like this may be the last double-eyelid surgery of my life, so I'm incredibly happy. The problem points were improved even beyond what I had expected... I really recognize him as a hidden urban legend. Seriously, if my child were born without double eyelids and asked me to get surgery for them, I would take them to Director Shim Sang-baek. Please keep operating for a long, long time, Director. I'm truly grateful ㅠㅠ
