I had TenTherma once and there wasn't really any effect. However, the doctor and the counselors were all kind. If you're thinking about it, at least go for a consultation. They explain things kindly and thoroughly. I was disappointed because I didn't see any effect, but there's nothing I can do. I'm not going to do it again.
