I used to go there for cheap hair removal, and it was the textbook example of a factory-style clinic: the hair removal would start and end without even knowing the doctor’s face. I even got a refund for the remaining treatment sessions because of the proxy-treatment issue. I barely got to see the doctor’s face when I went for hair removal, so when the proxy-treatment issue blew up, it felt really unsettling.
