I had surgery in December of the year before last. As of now I don't have any major side effects or discomfort, and the swelling at the time of surgery was quite significant. Maybe because it was done together with fat grafting, but I was really taken aback. Right now I'm living fairly satisfied, and early after the surgery the tip of my nose looked like it had been tied with laundry clips, so I thought maybe they had tied the cartilage, but as time passed it seemed to open up little by little, and now I'm satisfied. My biggest worry was what if I got contracture, but I think it ended up a bit higher than my expectations, and people around me say it turned out really well. I'm reasonably satisfied.
