I was taken aback because they recommended several surgeries at once, more than I had expected to consider. They said things like a prosthesis would need to be inserted for the nose shape I wanted, but they were explaining all this without properly asking about the patient's needs and direction for improvement first, so I didn't trust it. I hadn't even explained my preferred style properly. They did take a CT scan, but they didn't check it during the consultation. I wondered why they even took it.
