They seem to be strong in precise and detailed surgery. Even with fat grafting, they don't overdo it and put in just enough to look natural. Fat grafting can make you look puffy and cause swelling, but they minimize that, so daily life is fine. The price is a bit high, but I recommend them if you want delicate procedures.
