The doctor is gruff, but he's truly amazing when it comes to surgical skill. I've been going there for 10 years and I'm more than 90% satisfied. I worry that the doctor's skill might decline as he gets older He's famous for making things look natural. If you want dramatic, obvious results that make everyone think you had cosmetic surgery, I recommend going to another hospital. The staff have all been there a long time, so everyone is comfortable. They're not super friendly, but they're easy to be around and fine.
