This is a surgery review from 9 years ago. I had nose surgery and received facial autologous fat grafting up to the second round. The nose surgery turned out nicely with a slightly upturned curve, but about a week after the Gore-Tex and ear cartilage inner stitches were removed, something like a pimple appeared under the nostril, so I squeezed it, but it wouldn't come out. I went straight to the hospital, and the crazy doctor said they hadn't properly handled the stitches tied under my nose, so the suture had popped out. They removed it without any anesthesia, and even now, 9 years later, I still have a scar. The facial autologous fat grafting was round, and the first round disappeared too quickly and too much, so they said they would put in extra to account for loss in the second round, but it was way too much...
