I went for a consultation because I heard it was the hospital where an acquaintance of an acquaintance had surgery. Both the doctor and the manager were incredibly kind, and the consultation was long and detailed. They said I didn't need silicone for the bridge of the nose, but if I wanted it, they recommended at most 2 mm, and I can't remember the price. It wasn't expensive. Back then, it seemed like the surgery would be so natural that I just couldn't feel drawn to it, so I said I'd think about it more and postponed it.
