They said my nasal bridge bone and septum had repeatedly become inflamed and had decayed, so everything had melted away. I worked hard to visit many clinics for consultations, but they were all too expensive, so I couldn’t do it. I saved up money diligently and eventually had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage at another hospital today. I had my first surgery at Oseung Plastic Surgery when it was called that, but since I was so young and didn’t even look into it properly before surgery, I think they still took responsibility and looked after me until the end. What I regret is that they used both ear cartilages but didn’t tell me that in advance during planning, or that they told me only after the surgery was over... or that I didn’t understand the difference between shaving down the dorsal hump and cutting it and just went ahead with it? In the end, the problem was my own ignorance for choosing the surgery. People getting nose surgery really need to make sure they know exactly what they want.
