What a shock. I went to get botox between my eyebrows, and it seems the alcohol on the swab used to wipe the area was soaked through, because it spilled down and a lot of alcohol got into my eye.. My eyeball was burning and hurt so badly that I was speechless, Then someone else took me and rinsed my eye with saline or something like that, but they acted like it was such a minor thing that I found it strange. Even after rinsing, I kept feeling a foreign-body sensation. When I said I still felt like there was something in my eye even after rinsing, they told me to wait a moment and left, and then they were gone for ages... In the middle of all that, I waited 10 minutes without any explanation about when they’d come back, which made me feel even worse. So I asked someone else how much longer I had to wait, and then they came right away. After that I was guided back into the procedure room, and then yet another person came and said I should go to an eye doctor this time. They said they would cover the cost and spoke apologetically. The cost of the eye doctor wasn’t the issue, though... really... Anyway, even after the scheduled time, I had already been waiting about 30 minutes, and I had gone there squeezing time out of my day, so I felt it was a waste and got my glabella botox anyway. I don’t think I’ll ever go here again either.
