I went there for the first time when I was twenty. It was a time when I knew nothing and was clueless. After waiting about 30 minutes, I met the consultation manager, and honestly, even now I still feel angry thinking about it. She was unbelievably rude. I could just feel her openly looking down on me right in front of my face, and she even said the discounted price was only valid until 4 p.m. that day and quoted me twice the amount. It was around 4:30 p.m. at the time. - It wasn't even posted on the event notice page on the website. I was so flustered, but the manager just didn't even look at me and kept doing her work. She was on the phone with someone else and working on the computer doing other things, and it was such an embarrassing, humiliating experience.
