I had it done around 2011 or 2012, and I got the three-part contouring plus nose surgery, but they reduced my perfectly fine nostrils and left only scars, and the nose was left fat while the silicone was made thin and high, so I looked insanely like an avatar. Everyone who saw me said I should get revision surgery, and the contouring was also just bizarrely asymmetrical and made me look broad and flat without any real change at all. The chin T-osteotomy was really... because the screws and scar tissue got tangled, my chin kept caving in horizontally, and when I went back at the 6-month mark and asked them to look at it, they acted annoyed and told me to just exercise my chin properly chin move...
