The director was gentle and kind during the consultation. They kept trying to set the line and looked together with me at what suited me and what didn't. I liked that they didn't push for excessive surgery. However, during the cost consultation, they brought up the discount for writing a review first, which caught me off guard and lowered my trust, so I didn't have the surgery.
