I really liked the impression I got. They were soft-spoken and kind, and even drew the eye shape while explaining. My under-eye fat had always been a huge stress for me, and I had gone in only for double eyelid surgery because I was in a rush, but they pointed out clearly that under-eye fat removal would actually be the better choice. That made me trust them. The staff and the director were all kind.
