I went looking for a place that was focused on the main surgeon doing the consultation. What left the strongest impression was that they said they would do it 100% with ear cartilage only, and that they would use the fascia from the ear to raise the bridge of the nose. The doctor was good at pinpointing the face's natural focal points, so I felt a little more trust in the aesthetics. He said there would be changes in the side profile, but almost no change in the front view..
