I went to look into silicone removal and tip revision surgery. First of all, there was so much cigarette smell coming from the doctor's hands that it was disgusting. He pointed out the problems with my nose very clearly, but even though the bridge wasn't that badly crooked, he said he would do osteotomy, and when I said I definitely wanted the silicone removed, he said that because I had a dorsal hump it absolutely couldn't be done and that silicone had to be inserted. It felt like overtreatment to me, and the cigarette smell was so strong that I was worried there might be a hygiene problem, so I was reluctant. I also thought the price was absurdly high, so I went to another clinic.
