I had incision double-eyelid surgery here, and as soon as the swelling went down completely, the inner corners of my eyes started collapsing, and it ended up becoming a sagging sausage-eye... About a year after the surgery, people around me started telling me it looked like it had loosened I went back for a follow-up and told them, but all they said was that it had gone well. I recommend not going.
