The eyes were made fairly naturally, but for my first nose surgery, regardless of aesthetics, they just stuffed in L-shaped silicone, and I ended up looking older and more masculine, so I had revision surgery. In fact, the hospital manager had told me not to do the nose surgery then, and I regret doing it at that time. Since it was my first surgery and I was young, I thought height was all that mattered.
