I had surgery a long time ago, so I don't really remember things like how kind they were, but a lot of people around me got surgery here and were successful, and after consulting with the director I went ahead with surgery. The sebum-like swelling improvement was definitely noticeable, and they even showed me the fat they removed directly, which was nice because I could see for myself what the cause was.
