The doctor is kind and honest. I went in for a consultation about alar reduction, but because I have a bulbous nose he said that if I reduced the alae, only the tip would be left and it would look strange, so unless I was going to have nose surgery, I should just leave it alone lolllllllll. I also asked about fillers, and he said he only does fat grafting, not fillers, so I liked that he has a very clear point of view.
