Right after the surgery, the shape seemed pointed, but after a few days it opened back up into a round shape, and in the end it became a D-shape. So they adjusted the shape again with laser treatment. It seems like the surgery just physically closes it, and then the laser does the actual shaping, but they explained that only vaguely before surgery, so I didn’t know. It improved, but my satisfaction is only about 60 percent.
